What photo works best?

Aim for these:

  • ✅ Bright, well-lit — natural daylight is gold
  • ✅ Sharp focus — no motion blur
  • ✅ Subject fills the frame — face/pet should be most of the image
  • ✅ High resolution — at least 2000×3000 pixels
  • ❌ Avoid heavily filtered phone screenshots, low-light shots, or tiny subjects in the frame

What devices & sizes do you support?

For iPhone cases: we support every major iPhone model from iPhone X to the latest Pro Max — including Standard, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max variants. Pick your model at the top of this page.

For ceramic magnets: our standard size is 2.4″ × 2.4″ (60 × 60 mm). They hold firmly on any standard fridge, magnetic whiteboard, or metal surface.

What is a “UV 3D textured print”?

Unlike flat printed cases or stickers, we use UV printing with a raised 3D texture up to 5mm high. The texture is built up layer by layer and cured with UV light, creating a sculpted surface you can both see and feel. Every contour of your photo — fur, fabric, the curve of a smile — is physically dimensional.

Will the texture fade or wear off?

No. We use durable, UV-cured ink designed to resist fading, scratching, and everyday wear. Your case or magnet will look just as good a year in as the day it arrives.

Is the case MagSafe-compatible?

Yes — MagSafe chargers and accessories work with our cases. The 5mm raised texture is on the back surface and doesn’t interfere with the MagSafe magnet ring underneath.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every order is made-to-order. Allow:

  • 1–3 days for production in our workshop
  • 5–10 days for standard shipping (varies by location)

We’ll send you a tracking link the moment it ships.

Can I preview the design before it’s printed?

We manually review every photo before printing. If your image needs cropping, color adjustment, or anything looks off, we’ll email you with a preview before we start production. You can request changes or cancel before anything is printed.

What if something goes wrong?

Every order is guaranteed. If it arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t look right, email us within 7 days at info@youvfy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund — your choice. ❤️

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind — please double-check your photo and product selection before ordering.
