All of our products are custom made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in producing and packing your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@youvfy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because our items are custom and personalized, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Custom goods are exempt from this policy under EU consumer law.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to damage or error, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, please contact us at info@youvfy.com.
