What kind of images can I upload?

You can upload any high-resolution image—photos of people, pets, children, artwork, logos, or anything meaningful to you. Just make sure it’s clear, well-lit, and not copyrighted unless you own the rights.

What phone models do you support?

We currently support all major iPhone models, from iPhone X to the latest iPhone Pro and Pro Max models. If you're unsure whether your phone is supported, feel free to contact us.

What is a “UV 3D textured print”?

Unlike regular flat prints, we use UV printing with a raised 3D texture up to 5mm high. This creates a sculpted feel on the back of your case—bringing your image to life with both sight and touch.

Will the texture fade or wear off?

No. We use durable, UV-cured ink that’s designed to resist fading, scratching, and everyday wear. Your case is made to last, both in looks and quality.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each case is made to order. Please allow:

  • 1-3 days for production
  • 5-10 days for standard shipping (varies by location)

We’ll send tracking info as soon as it ships.

Can I return or exchange my custom case?

Because each case is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can I preview the design before it’s printed?

At this time, we do not offer live previews—but our team manually reviews each image and adjusts placement to ensure your photo looks its best on the case. If there's any issue, we'll contact you before printing.
